YHD SoftWare (YHD) recognizes that site visitors have legitimate concerns about privacy. This Privacy Policy sets forth YHD's practices regarding the collection and use of personal information gathered when you visit our site.

- This policy covers YHD's treatment of personally identifiable information that we collect when you visit any of YHD's sites.

Information Collection and Use:
- YHD collects personally identifiable information when you register for a YHD account, when you use certain YHD products or services, or when you visit YHD sites.
- When you register with YHD, we ask for your name, e-mail address, street address, and other data. Once you register an account with YHD and "Sign In" to our services, you are not anonymous to us.
- YHD also automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, YHD cookie information, and the page you requested.
- YHD uses personally identifiable information for the following general purposes: 1) Provide you with YHD services on a personalized basis; 2) Investigate activity that may violate the YHD Terms and Conditions.

Information Sharing and Disclosure:
- Personal information collected on the site may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which YHD or its affiliates, subsidiaries or agents maintain facilities, and by using the site, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country. YHD abides by the safe harbor framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of data from the European Union.
- YHD will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone.
- YHD may send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when:
- We have your permission to share the information.
- We need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested.
- We need to send information to companies that work on behalf of YHD to provide a product or service to you. (Unless we tell you differently, these companies do not have any right to use the personally identifiable information we provide to them beyond what is necessary to assist us.)

Because we are jointly presenting our services with our partner, as part of our formal and written contract with that partner, we may agree to share your information with the partner. Edit Account Information:
- YHD gives you the ability to edit all or some of your YHD account information and preferences when appropriate. You may be able to update or correct your name, address, or e-mail address by accessing the services.
- You may report any inaccuracies in personal information that you cannot edit by e-mailing us at Privacy@YHDSoftWare.com. We will make a sincere effort to respond in a timely manner to your requests to correct inaccuracies.
- You may request that your account be deleted or de-activated at any time by writing us at Remove@YHDSoftWare.com. Your account will be de-activated and then deleted from our user registration database in approximately 10 days. Please note that your information may remain in back-up storage for some period of time after your deletion request. This may be the case even though no information about your account remains in our active user databases.

- When you participate in a YHD-sponsored or hosted promotion, you are subject to the Official Rules applicable to that promotion.

- Naturally, the safety of children is very important to YHD. Children are not eligible to use our services and we ask that any minor not submit any personally identifiable information to us. If you are a minor (under 13 years of age), you can use this service only in conjunction with your parents or guardians. Children should never reveal their addresses, phone numbers, or other personally identifiable information to any strangers on the Internet.

However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by YHD SoftWare or another party due to someone else using your account or password.
