YHD's ERN Systems™ (ERN) has established the foundation for successful Information Sharing. In order to leverage other technologies that offer complementary services and/or features, YHD has demonstrated interoperability with other systems.

• U.S. Departments of Justice & Homeland Security – at the request of the CIOs, YHD demonstrated ERN interoperability with the Integrated Wireless Network and Twenty First Century Communications, the largest call handling network in North America.
• Joint Chiefs of Staff – at the Joint Warrior Interoperability Demonstration (JWID), YHD demonstrated interoperability with the XM Satellite Network for data transfers.
• National Information Exchange Model (NIEM) – YHD has developed interoperability to other NIEM networks.
• Legacy Systems – recognizing that our clients may need to leverage prior technology investments, YHD has developed interoperability with most legacy systems.
