Training & Help Desk
The ERN Systems™ (ERN) interface was designed to be intuitive and user friendly. This was best demonstrated for the Joint Chiefs of Staff during "JWID". In less than 15-minutes, an untrained Warfighter was able to navigate the ERN and send emergency communications.

YHD provides end user training, content sensitive help and online tutorials. This is supplemented with periodic ERN Training Newsletters with tips for maximizing benefits.

YHD offers access to additional operations training including 28 CFR, Analytical, ACH, Interviewing and other areas that may be of interest to our clients.

YHD's Help Desk is available for those users who need additional assistance with the ERN. The Help Desk is available on a 16 hour per day, 5 day a week schedule with additional hours available.
