The ERN's Credential Tracking feature accepts copies and narrative of professional credentials, training and other certifications. The ERN tracks expiration dates and issues reminders in advance to allow time for renewal.

The ERN's Credential Tracking allows Managers to monitor and review local personnel and volunteer resources and determine response capabilities, address any gaps that may exist and schedule retraining and recertification as needed.
