The ERN's Electronic Role-Based Library (ELibrary)delivers a secure repository for those files too sensitive to distribute via Internet e-mail and/or when active command posts may need the file from outside an organization's facility or network.

Each unique library item is restricted by file owner who determines security, authority and viewers as files are added. Search library files by title, description, category, type, viewer rating and more to increase time efficiencies.

The Electronic Library accepts standard file types including word processing, presentation, graphics, video, audio, etc. Suggested uses include posting of industry standard and/or client-specific best practices, lessons learned, training and other files. Permissioned viewers may download, digest and then rate the files for real-world applications.
