YHD's ERN Systems™ (ERN) supports MultiDimensional Management (MDM) that delivers a powerful role-based system that inherently supports distributed management, authority and access. This methodology delivers hierarchical and autonomous operations with local ownership and control of intelligence, communication, assets, participant enrollment, vetting, and so on.

The ERN's MDM features a Single Sign On in both the Domain and Enterprise which may include unlimited Domains. Within each Domain there may be unlimited Special Interest Groups (SIGS) and Sub-Special Interest Groups (SubSIGS). The ERN's default system has multiple roles at each level and the inherent flexibility to support custom, client-defined roles.

The ERN Inherently supports end-users participation in multiple roles in multiple communities within a single Domain and multiple Domains within a single Enterprise system. Managers may authorize, review, add, delete, and modify participation levels and end-user roles dynamically.
