FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION (FBI)
FBI Director Robert Mueller stated the YHD & the ERN provided "outstanding assistance" in connection with its investigative efforts. He went on to say that our cooperation was of immeasurable help to the FBI and extended his gratitude for our support. Our support, he stated, helped the FBI fulfill their responsibilities. Director Mueller also stated "You can take pride in the role you played and in the success achieved" and "I congratulate you on a job well done."

The Dallas FBI ERN - dependent on YHD's technology - was also recognized and promoted by FBI Headquarters as a best practice. The FBI website states the ERN delivers "Better communication on issues relating to terror and crime. Faster and easier information sharing. Stronger partnerships. And safer communities for all."

DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY (DHS)
Secretary of Homeland Security Tom Ridge recognized YHD's ERN as the type of technology that the FBI desperately needed after September 11th. Secretary Ridge went on to say that DHS' HSIN-CI Program - exclusively supported by YHD's ERN - as "a cross-agency, cross-sector, cross discipline, public and private information-sharing and alert notification system" and "a real-time mechanism to share information."

Secretary Ridge also stated that "this vast, rich information sharing tool is another way to help protect citizens of this country -- sharing real-time situational awareness with each other and with DHS."
